Chuck Wagon Trail Hike

Summary: A pleasant hike featuring great panoramic views and partial shade

Challenge Level: Easy to Moderate

Hiking Distance: About 2 1/2 miles each way or 3 3/4 miles each way depending on where you park to begin the trail

Trailhead Location: The trail begins on the east side of Dry Creek Road, off of FR152 or Long Canyon Road.

Description: The Chuck Wagon Trail is an adopted bike trail. It goes east from Dry Creek Road, essentially parallel with FR 152 to near the Brins Mesa Trail. There are some terrific views from this trail. It is partially shaded and is relatively level. It intersects the Mescal Trail and further on there is a trail leading to Devil's Bridge.
